What is included in the monthly fee?
Apart from separate business rates for larger spaces, your single monthly fee covers your workspace rent, utilities, communal cleaning, service charges, and full daytime access to our ground floor business lounge. We also include secure indoor bike storage, showers, full use of our private phone booths, bookable meeting rooms, and fresh locally roasted filter coffee on tap.
How flexible are the contracts?
Our workspaces are built for ultimate business agility. For our private offices and team spaces, we use straightforward licence agreements that typically run for 12 months or less to give your company stability without locking you into long term commercial property leases. Our coworking memberships are even simpler, running on flexible rolling monthly terms with a basic one month notice period.
Can my team grow into a bigger space later?
Yes, accommodating changing headcounts is exactly what we do best. If your business expands or contracts mid agreement, our dynamic on site team will work to smoothly transition you into a larger or smaller workspace under the exact same roof.
