What are the internet specifications for your large floorplates?

We provide a premium enterprise grade connection featuring a 1Gb symmetrical unrestrictive fibre line with a matching 1Gb fibre backup line. Are business rates included? How do they work for larger spaces?

Business rates are not included in your monthly fee and are handled separately. Because these spaces offer large floorplates for established teams, they generally sit above the small business relief thresholds. Do we need to sign a multi year lease?

No, we completely eliminate the rigid restrictions of traditional commercial property. We keep your business agile by using straightforward licence agreements that typically run for 12 months or less, giving your company stability without locking you into long term commitments.

What happens if our team changes size?

We support your business through contraction as well as expansion. If your headcount changes mid agreement, our hosted team will work to smoothly transition you into a larger or smaller private office under the exact same roof with no relocation hassle, no changing your address, and no contract penalties.

Can we decorate or customise our team space?

Yes, we want your workspace to match your company culture. While our private offices come fully furnished and move in ready, you are completely free to bring your own furniture, put up shelving, and paint the walls to match your brand. We just ask that the space is returned to its normal condition if you ever leave.

Is there on site parking? How do commuting logistics work?

While we do not have on site parking, we are located inside Dundee’s Low Emission Zone which makes commuting sustainably incredibly easy for your staff. We are situated within a 5 to 10 minute walk from both the main bus and train stations, close to central public car parks, and we provide secure indoor bike storage for team members who prefer to cycle to work.
